台湾から記載され、本州、四国及び南西諸島に広く分布する。枯れ枝に生息し、有翅型のみが知られる。食菌性。

This species is described from Taiwan and is widely distributed in Honshu, Shikoku and the Ryukyu Islands. It lives on dead branches, and is known only from macropterae. Fungus-feeder.
